Go to "mods" in the main menu,
Find "Voiced Radios & TVs"
and select "Off"...
Jokes aside, vanila does have like a mufled sound effect for radios and tvs, so if you'd rather listen to that, I advice playing vanilla.
otherwise, I don't understand this request.
Don't, they said that they would NOT EVER voice lines. It's in the big No's list (Look it up)
Other stuff in big No's list includes:
Baby zombies
Toilet needs
Alternate endings other than dying
a Cure
and playing before the outbreak (On day 0 instead of 3).
I understand there are several mods that allow people to do things from the Big No's list, but this things wont ever be in vanilla.
If someone were to do that and send it to you, would you consider adding in an option for it or no?
To take the AI voice lines and apply a filter to them that mimics the vanilla game. You can hear the repeating audio clip with Bill Clinton despite it being muffled. So to hear the actual voice lines in the same fashion would be interesting.
