Andromeda: Chance for better rewards from broken planetariums.
T Andromeda: Chance for the Black-hole active effect to trigger, drawing enemies to the middle of the room.
Second: Ideas for the fiend folio fellas
Fiend could potentially hard-cap the number of minions form getting it, maybe something like spawning 3 max (so lose up to 2 consecutive hearts)? For Golem, maybe have an extra machine or two spawn in the Subway? IDK if that's even possible, so if you can't do that maybe make the machines slightly cheaper? Can't go too ridiculous considering golem's whole thing revolves around trinkets, meaning he's more likely to find the cake than other characters
Dante from rev can have a shorter cooldown on his book smash.
Charon from rev can have either a quicker shot speed build up or a less harsh shot speed penalty for changing directions.
Satori - "Nuclear friends" - Friendly enemies have a chance to explode on death.
Eika - "Sad rocks" - While stacking rocks, each one has a chance of gaining a skipping (Flat Stone) effect.
Seija - "One less weakness" - Upon taking a quality-4 item, consume this trinket to remove the item's negative effects.
Tainted Satori - "Painless strength" - Her starting active (Transfuse) has a chance to not deal any damage.
Tainted Eika - "Stillborn blessing" - Her starting active (Fetus Blood) has a chance to spawn a special Bony.
Tainted Seija - "Reach for the stars" - New item pedestals have a chance be of a higher or lower quality than 2.
Golem - Smelt it for more rare rocks:Sourpuss can smelt it for free! Upon doing so,Rare and Fiendish rocks have an extra chance to appear!
Samael - Death flavor:Using Malakh Mot can unleash a vortex of scythes!
T-Samael - Curse your foes:Enemies and bosses that survive Memento Mori slashes are weakened!(like Reversed Strength card)
Rack Jet - Now with more mods!:Modded items, trinkets, and consumables have a chance to appear over base-game stuff!
Tarnished Isaac: While I think having a similar function to Tainted Isaac's Birthcake could work, I want to try and better differentiate it if possible. Can't think of one for now, but the Blighted Dice he starts with should be incorporated into it somehow I feel.
Tarnished Magdalene: "No Fighting = Less Blood-loss" - When exploring empty/cleared rooms, the bleed meter slows down by 50% [75% if it's Golden or have Mom's Box; 100% if you have both]. If entering an enemy/boss room, the bleed meter goes back to it's original speed until the room is cleared. The Gideons & enemies spawned in afterwards such as Spiders from Red Chests or Hosts from skulls don't (or at least shouldn't) count for an uncleared room. (Unsure how enemies spawned from those reward buttons behave, as they shut the doors, so unsure if they'd count as making the room 'uncleared')
Tarnished Cain: "Bagged Power-Up" (Idk, can be changed into a better quote) - If using compatible items, any bags you made/make will use the unbagged synergy as well as it's bagged synergy. Only applies to the bag that compatible item is in. (Example: Spoon Bender when bagged makes the bag homing, while having it normally makes the rock projectiles homing instead; With the Birthcake, bagging up Spoon Bender makes the Bag AND Rocks homing at the same time for that specific bag! Can work alongside TR Cain's birthright of putting more items into one bag)
Tarnished Judas: "The Darkness Grows Stronger" - TR Judas' Shadows damage scaling depending how far/close they are to him changes from 5% (close) & 100% (far), to 20% (close) & 110% (far), likely making how far away the shadows must be for the full damage boost shorter too. As well, the particles from Descent increases damage from the shadows from 5% to 10% (Judas still keeps the 25% particle damage) [Having a Golden Birthcake or Mom's Box could further decrease the max distance needed for the damage boost the shadows can have & increases the shadow's particle dmg via Descent an additional 2.5% increase; Having both drops the max distance needed even further with another 2.5% increase to the shadow particles from Descent]
Tarnished Eden: "refactoring..." (if I could, I'd make the word have a glitchy look to it similar to TMTRAINER, but the word would still be legible)- When entering a new room or using Debug, gives a 10% chance [20% with a Golden or Mom's Box; 25% with both] of not having their stats rerolled or overall affected negatively. Like a temporary Rock Bottom. (As an example, if an item rerolls into Soy Milk & you get the chance of good stats only as well, the damage will not be affected too harshly, if at all.)
Tarnished Keeper: "Lingering Money" (could change into something better) - Money from defeated enemies as well as money fallen out via damage will stay around longer. (Around the same duration as how money from bosses stay around longer than usual)
Won't doubt some of these may be more complex for coding (Have heard TR Judas & Cain being troublesome), so sorry if these ideas are difficult to implement. Either way for everyone seeing this, thanks for giving the time to read this. :)
