maybe a power line falling in the hard rain campaign when its flooded and can burn zombies and special but also players
it could maybe stumble SI since it's zippity zap

mmm maybe adding a "ems" options to select how much damage radius it has and how bigger the effect can be , etc.

I'll try to add electricity slowing them down at one point. Stumbling doesn't fit imo

Will probably add this not a bad idea. Currently there is a cvar elb_max_depth available with default being 2. It determines how many times can electric beam propagate. 2 means the beam can go from the source to a zombie and from that zombie to another zombie (or other valid targets like prop_physics, gas cans, survivors) (changing that cvar's value takes effect only on round restart)

2. some outline indicating which electric box is shootable would be nice
3. making them single-use for the balance reasons to avoid spamming electricity
Would it be possible to make the effect spawn dynamic light ?

better electric effects and give you some kind of black out or something like that when it hits you

i agree with one comment. have them be RNG. maybe as you are playing an official campaign you would see at random some faint sparks coming from one of these, which would let the player know "hey, this one can be shot as it spawned here"
