No Random Crits and cannot be Crit Boosted
So killing someone with it gives you an instant recharge to use a "Double" attack.
*The "On Kill of a Bleeding Enemy" means that if you finish someone off yourself (not just an assist or them dying) while they are bleeding from this weapon you get a recharge, so scattergun them down as they bleed.
Oh and beheads on kill (not from bleeding since that makes no sense,) because that's cool.

PURPOSE
While the Cleaver is best used with Sandman and kills every single class, the Beheader is best used with the Boston Basher to take advantage of the increased Bleed damage on both stacks.
The shorter range means you need to be closer to hit someone and have to compensate for different areodymanics. Since it boosts already present DoT, you have to react quickly to get the kill and not die.
