A reskin?
To me it think this looks like a reskin of the flying guillotine because it has the styles hungery and hungeryer,

and i know there is already there is already a stats page and reskins have the same stats as the original weapon but it should have some different stats :3 .

well here they are:


pro's:


on hit: bleed for 5 seconds and sticks in
so it lowers the movement speed of enemy

can charge you shot for extra distance

con:

charge for to long and you drop it



so tell me what you think

Fun fact: Creators dont decide if its a reskin or a unique weapon. Valve does. They're kinda the ones who make the game.

I'd like to have these as just an extra fun stat, like the apoco-fist's "Critical Kill Explosion"

it is a reskin you download it as the guilotine for scout. it should stay as that because it would be somewhat pointless to add in as the guilotine exists already. and the stat difference wouldnot change it enough and be a somewhat pointless. plus those pros and cons would be pretty underpowerd. slow is not to much of a big deal in tf2. charging jsut seems like a hit or miss opertunity with the sucess being almost identical to the guilotine. tho i love how it looks.
