Jumpscare EE?
I found a purple glowing target outside the map in the corner by tacti quilla sangria. I tried scoping in with a sniper, shooting it with papped weapons, even hitting an arched shot from the Masamune. And couldn't figure out what it did. I did have percaholic at the time, so it might be another free perk EE as well. https://imgur.com/a/r34zuFF
