Audio Changes

How about porting the weapon audio files from other games that you think fit better, h2a anniversary being the most obvious one of course. Halo 4's magnum sounds is cursed and the br and a few others aren't the hottest either.

I'm not including modified sounds with Reflow to allow for people to use their own sound mods such as Rescored.
