I suggest reworking the 3 first combat skills to complement better the Harpoon mode and give her more of a dancer/combo toolkit.

Note: I like the Bleed Debuff for using her in conjunction with the Kraken Slayer Mod, that is also a dancer class and synergies well with a marking and Debuffer classes. So if i can ask for a trinket, + Bleed skill chance vs Eldritch
Note2: Maybe making S5: Harpoon Throw 00XX - 0000 will make it more rewarding for positioning her well.
Note3: I thought for the Camping Skill something silly like "Splish Splash Splosh" where her Companions receive "-5% Stress Received" For Time Cost: 1.
I hope somehow these suggestions helps you find a niche for Her.
The thought of her gaining regen in some way has been flying around my mind for a while when I was making this class mod, though I decided against it so that it shows that she's still human (even if her hoodie shows some sign of sentience on some of the sprites). The regen idea might still be worth revisiting though.
Unsure about the skill reworks except for maybe Breach, though it's very interesting and I like the idea of her reaching out to grab an enemy and giving them a one good whack to the head. I'll keep those in mind and maybe implement them as a seperate patch.
