In the first event at the start of the game, it says "Brelin" instead of "Berlin".

LMAO I'll fix that in the next update. Maybe easter egg calling it Brehlin? Bruhlin?

Hey! I'm a major fan of your mod and the work you've done to improve the gameplay for Victoria 3. I believe I have found a bug though with the mod since when Burma is a subject of Great Britain the East India Company will repeatably start diplomatic plays against Burma to gain territory. In my current playthrough the East India Company has started 5 diplomatic plays against Burma in the past 25 or so years in game while this doesn't occur when I have played the game without the mod but other than that the mod seems to have no other major issues related to it :)

While I have never seen the EIC keep declaring war on burma like you describe, I have seen them neglect to mobilize troops against burma, consequently losing war reps. I'm currently working on an update to improve both the EIC and DEI, so hopefully it gets resolved. DO you have any other mods enabled?

I am terribly sorry for the late reply but life has been busy and I did find the issue to be a result from another mod so I am sorry for the false issue report. Thank you for your work :)

Turning off modified infamy rule is not working.

even i set 'standard_infamy_gen' and 'standard_infamy_dec' in gamerule, it always works as if gamerule is set by "lower_infamy_gen' and 'increased_infamy_dec'.

I know it's pretty specific but I'm going to put it in because maybe a couple of conditionals need to be changed (or it looks like it doesn't have much of a fix): With the "Colonizing the Indies" journal entry if you have the philippines as a subject and you have the Netherlands in your custom union you can centralize the philippines and steal the DEI from the Netherlands.
