I don't know if you've looked into it already or not, but the saber weapons are mostly forgotten about at this point, I feel like- There's a "revived" version just like there was for the armour but it's out of date and the weapon effects are broken with the flash coming out of your character's hands etc.

There's a lot of stuff packed in with the weapons though, too, so I totally get it if you looked at it and felt it was more effort than it's worth.

Yes, I know the deplorable condition of the weapon. I have never had to fix a weapon, and this is my first full mod on which I trained. But maybe I can fix it.

Would it be possible to add sonar damage resistance for compatibility with the mod Real Sonar?

Could you add compatibility with the Hazardous Reactors mod? If nothing else, just giving all the helmets that have an air supply the immunity to radioactive material contamination like even a basic diving mask has with that mod would be a HUGE help.

Don't worry about getting it done soon, it's just a QOL change, not game ending to not have the extra compatibility. I also did some short testing to see if the Horizon suits would work using rods with Hazardous Reactors (Rods once used set everything on fire + radiation outside of special containers), and they seem to work fine, at least for the short term.

I believe that in terms of physical protection it would be good to keep to the original values, of course with somewhat similar percentages with newly added protection elements

Love this mod to death. OG user of Saber and this revival fixes so many problems! Bugs, textures, new sprites, massive improvements all around, amazing job and thank you for the work you put in! Though one problem I have with it unfortunately. The upper tier armor simply feels far too overpowered, it just isn't that hard to get your hands on it for how strong it is. Some of the stats are heavily over-tuned, and a lot of the armor provides a copious amount of resistances to stats that would otherwise be a threat to the user. This leaves me feeling seemingly invincible when equipping this armor, which i believe takes a core concept away from the game: fear. I understand that's a personal opinion, and 100% respect if you feel differently, but when I put on armor, no matter how strong it is, I always want to know that I can still die, and should be very afraid of it happening! This being the case, would you consider making a version of this mod with the original defense stats on the equipment? I understand the complications regarding that, what with your overhaul of the 'tiers' of armor, but I believe a balancing change is seriously necessary for players who play Barotrauma for that unrelenting difficulty.

Thanks! I'm glad to hear that! I've really changed and redone a lot. My friends were sorry when they saw how I was suffering with this modification, but I stubbornly go ahead. :)
I'm still working on the balance. This mod was conceived as something that would be available in the middle or late stages of the game. Now I'm redesigning the system for buying items in the game, including their cost and reputation for purchase. It will be big enough. I'm also still thinking about how to limit the creation by level. At the moment, this is quite problematic. However, I will continue to think about this point.
As for protection, maybe I'll make a lighter version of the mod. But, not now. I want to finish this work at the beginning, and then take up the light version. At the moment I see that my modification has problems and I want to fix it
I also dare to assure you that even in my armor there is no 100% guarantee that you will not die. Ruins and many monsters that cause a lot of damage can kill you. Similarly, you can bleed out from their bites. My armor doesn't protect much from this effect. This is done intentionally. But, yes, in the last wetsuit you can't die so easily. Except when you get knocked out and you bleed to death.
