Compatability..
Is there a way to get this mod working with the following....

- Real Sonar
- Hazadours Reactors
- Enhanced Armaments
- Mechtrauma

at the same time? would love it for our rp campaign.

Real Sonars has slight capability issues, the added Diving suit won't operate like Keep You Downs diving suits until a dedicated patch is made for it but otherwise just acts like a normal suit.

Hazardous Reactors is fine I've used them together,

Enhanced Armaments should be fine,

Mechtrauma is a similar story to Real Sonars, the system for pressure decay is basically ripped from Mechtrauma unstable though and is edited to be more specific to target seals within the helmets. A patch for Mechtrauma will likely be a ways off.

None of them will outright not work, they just won't have the special suit pressurization mechanics.

Firstly, let me just say it - amazing idea (and execution) for a mod, this is exactly what Baro needed for a long time now. Two things noticed so far regarding compatibility with other mods:

Hazardous Reactors need to be lower than this mod in priority list, otherwise it'll override it with vanilla suits. Reactors adds radioactive resistances to these suits, hence the override (might need a compatibility patch to add these resistances in this one too?)

Barotraumatic Creature Pack adds some unique suits to the game, all of them with vanilla mechanics of course. Never saw them used personally, but they're available in editor at least.

How's the Neurotrauma compatibility? Didin't test this one yet, but pressure difference explosion is said to deal internal damage, which, I think, is an affliction unused by Neuro.

Neurotrauma is what we use every playthrough, internal damage was somewhat of a concern but, when I almost immediately forgot about the new mechanic I showed my entire crew and ripped my helmet off we found out you can heal the damage using Deusizine I believe.

As far as Hazardous Reactors, I had forgotten about the affliction resistances. It'll likely also need a capability patch as well yeah, I've never actually seen the suits in Barotraumatic creature pack but if they exist they would also need a capability patch.

Ill definitely keep this mod in mind. Ill come back to it when compatibility is out for real sonar. by the way, does it have EK compatibility

Will not work for the built in suits for EK, they'll function as they always have.

Any chance there'll be a compatibility patch for europawaifu++? It'd probably just involve swapping the suit sprites

Maybe you can use xpath to partially override items to achieve maximum compatibility.
