can someone make a more perfomance friendly version? everytime I even look in the direction of the building my frames drop 10-20

Same problem here, I doubt it's a hardware issue because I have a RX 5700 XT. Did you find any solutions?

Try to use csgo_legacy on Betas menu of CS2, restart Garry's Mod and mount the game.
