Stats suggestion thread
my take: make it sort of like kgb, but for pyro

:) on melee kill - minicrit boosted for 8 sec
:( -30% deploy speed


Before commenting, remember the rules of good stat ideas:
- no more than 5 stats
- design the stats around the weapon's look and name
- try to imagine a playstyle where the weapon could be used
- no random chances
- no "uM acTuAlly tHiS shOuLd bE jUsT a rESkiN"

A reskin on Pyro's lantern!

What I mean by that is:
+ Damage removes Sappers
+ 100% critical hit vs burning players
+ On Hit: target is engulfed in flames
- On Miss: Burn yourself. Idiot.
-25% damage vs unburning players
- 20% damage vulnerability on wearer

Weapon has a electrical Meter that is Filled when dealing Flamethrower damage.

Once meter is full, Enemys are
Shocked causeing Enemy to be shocked while being slightly launched knocked back and forced to melee For 1.5 of a second
Enemy is marked for death.
-20% Damage
-15% slower deploy speed.

+On hit: drain health and ammo from victim over ~1 1/2 sec (includes meters like cloak, rage, etc)

+ On Hit: Victim loses up to 20% Medigun charge, Cloak and Rage
+ Killing blows on stunned players grant a speed boost.

- Cannot be crit-boosted.

Concept: A soft-stun melee weapon.

Pros:
On-Alt Fire: Charge up your weapon for 5 seconds, dealing a stun attack reducing your target's movement speed by 75% for 5 seconds.
On-Alt fire crit: full stuns target for 10 seconds.

Cons:
25% damage penalty
No Random Crits
