Please note that Dynamic Towns only supports English for now.

Support for other languages is definitely possible, but since this mod has a large number of scripted strings, they will all need to be extracted from the Lua script and moved into XML.

Making it possible to support other languages will be a fair amount of work, and it will only be worth it if someone volunteers to do a translation.

If anyone volunteers to translate into their language, I'll be very happy to add support!
