Bug Report - Skill Beacon from Knowledge Seeker path

I noticed under the Knowledge Seeker path that the ability "Skill Beacon" is NOT just for intellectual and crafting skill, it's giving experience for EVERY skill at an extremely high rate. Within 6 in game hours, it leveled up all of a pawn's skills by at least 5 levels, if not more.
