As far as I know there are JSON files of the Qu'ran. I also allow anyone to change this mod for their own project, so if anyone wants to make it, go ahead!

the issue is that arabic is from the right to the left
i dont think gmod supports arabic fonts
also quran HAS TO BE 15 lines per page

You can just use a different font as far as I know, normally it's just font compatibility and nothing more. And the gmod lua api lets you easily use a different font.

honestly adding the quar'an to any game even if it's only an addonis not a good idea it's not ideal and most muslim people will find it a disrespectful and i'm one of em honestly never know what people could do with a holy book specially in a game like gmod
so many games tried adding some islamic figures but they end up removing them
