Also i absolutely want to add an Arti npc into the game. Maybe a final boss, maybe not. What I'm thinking right now is a roaming npc that becomes aggressive when its in the same room as scavs and guide. She could be killed, but because Rain World shenanigans, she respawns after a few cycles
I personally LOVE the karma cap in conjunction with the monk-style gates. its a unique and fun way to explore the map that really gets you thinking about where to move next. Its super rewarding and satisfying finding another way around and unlocking a gate in the future, and really kind of hammers down the whole "guide" aspect of the name considering you're finding new ways to get around and unlock new ways to travel.
Holding baby scavs on your back
Special scavenger interactions (like letting scavs pick you up, or scavengers having alternate eye shapes that show their emotions)
baby scavs follow mother (basically the baby scavs are assigned to the most related colored scavenger nearby and never stop following it)
more scavenger gestures
guide can understand whatever scavengers use for language?
guide can perform special emotes to match the scavs
implement scavengers dodging spears thrown at them by guide?
orphan baby scavs (they don't follow anything, and usually stay in place, sometimes they might go to guide for safety)
hehehehehehehehe >:)
