Build Restrictions and Block Progression
Good Evening,

Just experimenting with the scenario, I've installed the entire list of mods in the scrapyard collection however, I have an issue selecting blocks.

I'm unable to repair gyroscopes as I get an error saying that unknown technology needs to be researched first. Hinges, Rotors, Pistons are also unavailable.

I'm just checking if this is a bug or a feature of the build restriction

Update: I didn't want to play around with the survival settings at the risk of compromising the scenario intended experience. After quickly doing a bit of research on the Space Engineers Wiki. I've decided to disable progression as an option as I'm assuming it's conflicting with the scenarios build restrictions
