PETITION to unpause the technomancer's development.
(Note: This petition is made with the respect to the dev team,
its purpose is to see peoples reaction on the pause of the
mod, and possible explanation by the creator)
PETITION: RESUMPTION OF TECHNOMANCER MOD DEVELOPMENT

WHEREAS, the development of the Technomancer Mod (hereinafter referred to as "the Mod") was temporarily suspended due to certain recent events, the specifics of which remain undisclosed;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows:

1. The Developers team responsible for the development of the Mod (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer") shall, upon the execution of this Agreement, take steps to unpause and resume the development of the Mod.

2. The Developer shall provide a comprehensive plan outlining the steps to be taken to resume the development of the Mod, including but not limited to, the allocation of resources, timeline for completion, and measures to ensure the quality and functionality of the Mod.

3. The Developer shall make every reasonable effort to mitigate any delays or disruptions caused by the aforementioned recent events and shall promptly communicate any potential issues or delays to all relevant parties.
