Have you checked the Co-op to see if you are playing as a different scug?
It happened to me once and left me confused about which mod Pebbles'd up my game, turns out I was playing as The Outsider.

You are going to need the More Slugcats expansion aswell, as some regions are from other slug cats currently

i play with 89 mods and this is only the second time this has happened
but the guy said he had this happen with no mods so i wanna know why he doesn't exist in this mortal plane of existence because i ended up jumping off of a cliff, killing myself

the campaign just crashes for me won't even load -\_(-_-)_/-

when i load its also invisable but the moment i enter a new room the game just freezes

For me he somehow spawned out of bounds, just use dev tools to teleport him to the right side of the gate
