Fatal crash every time on Library.
If Johnson manages to die during the math quiz it will continue on like normal but with him talking from the grave, but crash after you complete it.

I have also been have the game crash at the math portion. Played co-op on legendary 4 different times and it crashes at or as the door opens from the math problem.

me too I keep getting crashes in the first and 2nd mission.

That might be due to items or other impossible to resolve things. Unless its at a very specific spot in the mission and you can take a crack at whats causing it then he cant really fix it.

Very unstable mod.
Took me thrice as long to complete it than it would without the crashes.
