Report a translation problem
Its not really significant in general just felt like reporting it, it only happened to me when the NPC was dead/ragdoll.
There was an old entity that was pretty much Combine "outfits" where if you used it, it would grant you some armor, the combine soldier walksound and you would be considered an ally to the combine while an enemy to any rebel npcs. I'm not sure how hard that would be to script or if its quite easy but the idea I had was patches, every faction has a patch that signifies their allegiance. You could make a simple entity that would act as a patch the player could press E on and then they would be seen as whatever patch they put on, Duty, Eco, Bandits, etc.
