Report a translation problem
Correct, at least from what I gather about non-unique weapons. Theoretically once you get a weapon, you can simply edit it, or rather save it's code info and try to copy/paste it onto another character with a save edit. I just don't think you can spawn one in game.
In the scripted_effects folder, the file 00_targ_artifact_creation_effects contains all the weapon spawn effects. Just pick which weapon you want and go from there.
For example, you'd type into the console:
effect create_artifact_vs_sword_1_effect
This will spawn the vs_sword_1 artifact, which I think? is the one in between the glass candle and the rainbow egg on the mod page.
