How do you spawn the inventory?

Please, help me. I was playing Apocalypse Weekend and i got in that part where the Postal Dude gets arrested by the army, and lose all of his inventory, even the AWP 800 menus.

how do i get it back? is there a cheat code on how to spawn the inventory again?
