When you surrender Karelia and Salla to the Soviets after the winter war, Karjalankannas will not be ceded.

1. You can request Swedish assistance twice first by decision under Winter war and second by the event that fires after soviets attack. Don't know if intentional design.

2. Chief of the navy and the air force are theorists but chief of the army is there.

3. Buy equipment from Germany focus doesn't give you decision.

I don't know the reason for "Strike Divisions" creating free division for they will get deleted right after when the civil war fires on the next focus.

Finnish Army focus, doesn't give you cost reduction on a doctrine.

First Industrial Effort does no give civs nor mils

There are no military theorists

The soviets declared war on me by justifying wargoal instead of using a focus. I wasn't able to use the Winter War focus tree because of this.
