Beastmen:
Khazrak the One-Eye: added +10 melee attack when fighting against the Empire, +3 unit capacity for razorgors and +8 bonus vs infantry for chaos warhounds, Razorgors herds and Harpies.
Malagor the Dark Omen: added +2 horde recruitment capacity, diplomatic relation +15 with chaos factions ,+10% income from razing settlements and +15% dread gained from battles.
Morghur the Shadowgave: added +20% attrition when under siege, +10% income from raiding and -20% dread cost for giants and chaos spawn units.
Taurox the Brass Bull: added +15% weapon strength for all characters and +25 diplomatic relations with khornate factions.

Daemons Of Chaos:
The Demon Prince : added -15% army cost, ability to create other daemon princes and -30 diplomacy with Warriors of Chaos.

The Empire:
Karl Frantz: Added +50% allegiance gained and changed diplomatic relations with the empire bonus from +10 to +30 and Lord recruit rank from +2 to +5.
Balthasar Gelt: Added -15% cooldown to all spells and Hero capacity +3 for Battle Wizard
Markus Wulfhart: Global recruitment duration -1 turn for all units and Campaign line of sight +40% for all characters.
Volkmar the Grim: Added casual replenishment rate +5% for all forces, enemy hero action success chance -20% factionwide and changed effect bonus vs infantry to all clerical units from +8 to +15, Hero recruit rank for Witch Hunters and Warrior Priests from +4 to +5.

High Elves:
Tyrion: added Allegiance points gained +50%.
Teclis : added research rates +20%, magical attack for all characters.
Alarielle the Radiant: added +30 growth for all provinces.
Alith Anar: added immunity to psychology to all lords, +15% ambush success chance and +40% line of sight for all characters.

Lizardmen:
Lord Mazdamundi: added -15% miscast chance to all characters and Winds of Magic -10% for all spells.
Krog Gar : added +10% campaign movement range.
Tehenhauin: added Immunity to Plague attrition for all armies and Upkeep -20% for all skinks units.
Tiktaq'to: added +20% speed for all characters.
Gor-Rok: added +20% leadership aura size for all characters and +10 melee defence for all units.
Nakai the Wanderer: added +10% weapon strength for Kroxigor and Sacred Kroxigor units and +20% ambush defense chance.
Oxyotl: added +20 ammunition for all forces and immunity to Chaos Undivided Corruption and Chaos Waste attrition for all armies.

Ogre Kingdom:
Greassus Goldtooth: added +20% allegiance points gained and +15% income from raiding and sacking.
Skrag the Slaughterer: added +10% casualties captured post-battle, +5% casualty replenishment rate and custom ability "Blessing of the Great Maw" (grants regeneration while in melee) to all characters and changed Hero recruit rank for Butchers from +2 to +5 and hero capacity for them from +1 to +3.

Tomb Kings:
Settra the Imperishable: added +2 unit capacity for Khemrian Warsphinx, character experience gain +10% for all characters and +10 melee attack while in the desert for all forces.
Grand Hierophant Khatep: added unit capacity +2 for Hierotitan, agent cap increase +4 for all heroes, -20% building construction cost for all buildings and +30 canopic jars per turn.
High Queen Khalida: added unit capacity +5 for Sepulchral Stalkers.
Arkhan the Black: added +2 unit capacity for all vampire counts units and -10% winds of magic cost for death spells.

Vampire Counts:
Mannfred Von Carstein: added +10 winds of magic pool cap.
Heinrich Kemmler: added barrier hit points +150 for characters, enable necromancer recruitment to all provinces, Immunity to Chaos Undivided corruption and Chaos Wastes attrition and changed cost of raising dead from -10 to -15.
Vlad Von Carstein: added tribute from vassals +30%, local recruitment capacity +1 and -15% upkeep for blood knights units
Isabella Von Carstein: added -70% income from Vampire Crypts and Vampire Keeps, -30% upkeep for embedded heroes and allegiance points gained +20%.
Helman Ghorst: added battle healing cap +10% and +15% magic resistance to all armies.

Bretonnia:
Louen Leoncoeur: added +15% hit points for all characters, charge bonus +10% for all cavalry units; -10% cavalry recruitment cost for it and frenzy for all characters.
Alberic de Bordeleaux: Changed recruit rank bonus for Bretonnian Knights from +2 to +3 and added leadership +20 when fighting at sea.
The Fay Enchantress: added +20 growth for all provinces and physical resistances +10% for all armies and changed peasant bonus from +5 to +10.
Repanse de Lyonesse: added +10 melee defense for melee infantry units.

Dark Elves:
Malekith: added +3 control for all provinces and +20% xp points for all characters and +15% weapon strength for all characters.
Morathi: added +10 winds of magic power reserve for all armies and cooldown -10% to all spells for all characters.
Crone Hellebron: added -15% cost for ritesand +10% ward save for Hag Graef Executioners and changed income from slaves from 5% to 10%.
Lokhir Fellheart: Added -1 turn for sea lanes journey duration, +20% income from sacking and -20% upkeep for Black Ark Corsairs.
Malus Darkblade: added +5% ward save for all characters, +20 relation with Slaaneshi factions and “stand or die” ability for all characters.
Rakarth: added -10% upkeep for all monstrous units and recruitment cost -20% for them.

Grand Cathay:
Miao Ying, the storm dragon: added +150 barrier hit points for all units when defending settlements and +10% ward save for all characters.
Zhao Ming, the Iron Dragon: added +20% income from Iron Mines, Gold Mines and Marble Quarries and +15 leadership when fighting against Skaven for all armies.

Khorne:
Skarbrand: added -20 winds of magic power to reserve capacity for enemy armies in local province.

Norsca:
Wulfrick: added +10% movement range for all armies, +10 leadership when attacking, +15% campaign movement range after winning a battle; passive ability “berserk” for all characters and -10 diplomatic relations with all factions.
Throgg: added +10% hit points for all characters, casualty replenishment rate +10% for all armies, frostbite and the custom ability "Troll Guts" (grants regeneration while in melee) for all characters and immunity to mountain attrition.

Skavens:
Queek: Added Frenzy for all characters and +1 food for each active war.
Skrolk: added +50% allegiance points with Nurgle, +2 turns for plagues and +3 recruit rank for plague priest.
Tretch: added perfect vigor for all characters and recruitment duration -1 turn for all stormvermin units.
Ikit Claw: added additional +15% research rate stolen for steal technology action.
Deathmaster Snikch: added stalk for characters, hero action cost -20% for assassins and additional 15% success chance for assassinations.

Tzeentch:
Kairos Fateweaver: added winds of magic reserve for all spells and global recruitment duration -1 turn.

Warriors of Chaos:
Archaon the Everchosen: Leadership +15 for all armies.
Kholek:added -10% upkeep for all chaos dragon ogre units.
Sigvald: added Diplomatic relation +30 with all factions, +30% from all vassals, melee defence +5 for Sigvald for each vassalised faction. and +10% income from vassals for each vassalised question.
Azazel: added -15% cooldown on lore of Shadow and Slaanesh spells for characters.
Festus: added +10% hit points for all characters,+5 growth to all provinces for each vassalised faction and-15% cooldown on lore of death and Nurgle spells for characters.
Valkia the Bloody: added +10% income from post-battle loot, leadership aura size +50% for lords when attacking and allegiance points gained +3% for each vassalised faction.
Vilitch: added-15% cooldown on lore of metal and Tzeentch spells for characters, barrier replenishment delay -15% to all armies and barrier hit points +1% to all armies for each vassalised faction.
Be’lakor: added winds of magic cost -15% for lore of shadows spells, vassal spread chaos corruption, ward save +1 for Be'lakor for each vassalised faction and +30 souls per turn for each vassalised faction.

Chaos Dwarf:
Astragoth: added +15% income for mines and construction time -1 for all buildings.
Drazhoath: Added +10% armour piercing damage for all armies, +15% missile strenght for Iron Daemon and artillery units and changed Armament Output from +10% to 20% and armament cost -10% to -15% for all unit capacity upgrade in the Hell-Forge.
Zathan: added -20% upkeep for labourers units and +15% labour gained post-battle.

Dwarfs:
Thorgrim Grudgebearer: added +10% weapon strength when fighting against greenskins and +15% range for all artillery units.
Ungrim Ironfist: added +10% physical resistance and charge defense vs Large attribute to all characters.
Belegar Ironhammer: added siege attacker attribute to all characters and weapon strength +10% during siege battles for all armies.
Grombrindal! added -25% battle reinforcement time for all forces.
Thorek: added +10% income from iron mines, gold mines and Marble Quarries and +10% armour piercing damage for all characters.

Greenskins:
Grimgor: added +20% movement range post-battle win, +10% weapon strength for Black Orcs and +3% weapon Strength for Grimgor for each active war.
Azhag the Slaughterer: added +10 winds of magic power reserve per turn for all armies, +20% magic item drop chance and +10% spell resistance for all armies.
Skarsnik: added +20% ambush attack success chance and +50% evasion chance when using the underway.
Wurrzag Da Great Green Prophet: added +3 control for all provinces, +15% physical resistance, magical attacks to all character and +10% replenishment rate for all orcs units.
Grom the Paunch: added +10 leadership for Goblin units and +10% missile resistance for all characters.

Kislev:
Tzarina Katarin: added -10% winds of magic cost for all spells, +15% missile strength for Ice Guard Units and frosbite for all characters.
Kostaltyn: Added fire attacks for all characters and -20% construction cost for all buildings.
Boris Ursus: added +30 growth, -2 corruption for all provinces and -20% upkeep for cavalry.

Nurgle:
Ku’Gath Plaguefather: Added +20% chance of a plague spreading and casualty replenishment rate for all armies and changed growth bonus from +10 to +30

Vampire Coast:
Luthor Harkon: added +10% magic resistances for all armies, +30% income from traits tariff,20% income from ports and changed melee defense for embedded heroes from +8 to +10.
Count Noctilus: added -20% construction cost and -20% construction time for ship buildings.
Aranessa Saltspite: added +20% income from Smugglers' Cove building and 30 diplomatic relations with the empire.
Cylostra Direfin: added +10% physical resistance for all characters.

Wood Elves:
Orion: Added +10% missile strength for all characters and +20 diplomatic relation with High Elves.
Durthu: added -15% recruitment cost for Dryads, Tree Kin and Treeman Unit, +30% chances of intercepting an army using the underway, beast-paths or Woldroots and +10% physical resistance for Dryads, Tree Kin and Treeman units.
Drycha: added the ability to cause terror to all characters, immunity to psychology for all units and no fatigue penalty when raiding for all armies.
Sisters of Twilight: added the ability "Hawkish precision" for lords, accuracy +10% for all units and recruitment cost -20% for eagles and warhawks.
