You can use that setting or push the numbers up a bit more:

on hit 14 he breaks your leg and will continue to hit you until you lose consciousness. This is the lowest setting so far, but it only reduces the damage the mutant deals to the player, not his equipment, i.e. if the mutant hits you and takes 5 or 6 hits, your clothes and some items will surely be on you . their backpack can be damaged or even destroyed, it is recommended that players are constantly on the move to fight these mutants and not stay still to shoot, and always try to kill them as a team gives more security
