Object effects
A list of all events that are caused by these objects
Unlisted objects are broken or i can't figure out how to use them

Christianity Converter - Pressing E on the bust converts you to Christianity
Crying Doll - Picking it up in any way causes it to scream, breaking objects and damaging you, it also cannot be undone
Desk Bell - Causes a suit noise to happen upon pressing E
Eldritch Presence - Causes your camera to wobble and causes damage over time eventually killing you
Emotion Amplifier - Walking into it causes status messages that list all of your actions to appear temporarily
Entity Killer - Picking it up makes loud noises and kills everything except for you
Entity Modifier - Does nothing but it can pass through NPCs
Friendly Ball - Hitting it deals damage to you, Rolls towards you menacingly, It can heal you if you're injured, though
Funny Barrel - Is seemingly filled with rocks
Goober - Dangerous error sign
Gravitational Vortex - Attempts to kill you
Ground shaker - what do you think?
Heavenly Ascender - Makes objects around it float, including you
Hexbug - Moves around a lil and makes bug noises
Holy Touch - the sacred gordon freeman, touching it plays some heavenly music and transforms you into holy gordon freeman glass (it's permanent)
Infinite Boxes - Destroying an infinite box causes another to spawn
Infinite Manhacks - Like infinite boxes, but way worse
Jammed RPG - Shoots rockets constantly until it's destroyed
Launcher - Sends you pretty high up into the sky
Meteor Spawner - Spawns meteors
Musical Sphere - bounces around violently
Mystery Dice - The most interesting of all effects, touching the dice will give you a random status effect, harmful or goodful
NPC Follower - Instantly kills you if an NPC is nearby
Power Sapper Magnet - i don't own a power sapper
Skull - Latches onto your head and turns you into a skeleton
Sudden Flood - Summons a ghost melon that summons more smaller melons, undoing causes all of them to explode
Traverser - Traverses
Unreason - Looking at it makes you take damage and make NPC noises, occasionally teleports you
Vortiball - Small melon that glows
Wandering Ball Creator - Creates balls that kill you instantly, might be useful for obstacle courses
ZAZ Grenade - Explodes when you touch it

Friendly ball also heals you too

Here's some stuff I discovered, to add to the list:

Attraction Node - Doesn't have any gravity. Not sure why

Ball Orb - Arranges ball-related props and entities in a circle around itself, via infinite-range teleportation. Also sometimes slows down when falling, for an unknown reason.

Eye - Moves towards you when your back is turned, but doesn't hurt you.

Goober - A small ball with the same black-and-yellow striped texture as the Attraction Node. No notable physical attributes, and throws up errors related to "Give" when you interact with it.

Gravitational Vortex - Attracts props, NPCs and players, but obeys gravity.

Musical Sphere - Plays a random sound and bounces very far whenever it touches a surface.

NPC Follower - Makes your camera follow a nearby NPC. Pressing 'space' allows you to respawn near the NPC you're following.

Wandering Ball Creator - Constantly spawns large balls. They explode like barrels on destruction, and can cause chain reactions by igniting or destroying other balls.
