When you press "E" you eat the little ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and instantly die.

an option in utilities to toggle the cockroaches spawning in random corners of the map

make it so the cockroach takes several hits to kill because cockroaches don't just die when you step on them once. you gotta work for it

An idea is that instead of being able to open doors the can just phase through them, making the illusion of being able to scuttle below.

I think it would be cool that when pressed "G" they would get a mexican hat, and La Cucaracha would start to play
