What's the gif playing in the tiny holes at the end of each hallway?
At each wall there's a tiny peephole in the center and i have no clue what it is.

hey! sorry i didn't see this earlier.
the texture is "minescreen_static01_", i'm not 100% sure where its used in game, but its definitely from half-life 2.

Oh! I’m ngl i thought it might’ve been a clip from a Tally Hall vid but I never got a good look at it.

If I may ask, is there any significance to it?

i think its because you can't see the end of the G&E cover and the OP just thought it was static
