The Schooner acts as a spawn room. You have to go into noclip and fly straight up to reach the actual island. As for you falling through that, I have no idea why there seems to be no collision for you. Works completely fine for me and the people I tested the map with

It is fixed now and the ship is walkable, but i have discovered an issue...
a In the Old Fort of Nassau when i break a window it has an error upon being broken, i will send an image of it below

also thank you with the flying up part... but how exactly would that work in a server?

Can you send me what exactly happens when you try to break the window? Is there an actual error in the console or is an error "entity" being created upon breaking it? Also, the ship is only supposed to be a spawn room. You'd either have to have some sort of NPC or entity that teleports players up or just set custom spawns for jobs etc.

Hello, I'm not sure if the issue is on my end, but whenever I go to the city area, I experience a significant FPS drop, making the map unplayable.

"Error Vertex File for 'props\de_inferno\bench_concrete.mdl' checksum -1238648408 should be 222620053 (x527)"
