Stats suggestion thread
Before commenting, remember the rules of good stat ideas:
- no more than 5 stats
- design the stats around the weapon's look and name
- try to imagine a playstyle where the weapon could be used
- no random chances

with every kill you gain a slight speed and damage buff

with every 4 kills you get an extra jump capping out at 2

lose 1/3 of ammo capacity

includes unique taunt kill

Perhaps a speed focused Zatoichi

Gain a speed boost on hit

Gain a speed debuff upon sheathing unless it kills

imagine this with baby face's blaster, since it's effects are passive
demoscout but he can go light speed once more

+ Increased Melee damage against Half-Zatoichi users + Pyros
+ Resistance to compression blast
+ On Kill: Gain slight speed boost for 5 seconds and an Ubercharge for 1 second
+ On Hit: Bleed your enemies
- On Miss: Hit yourself. Idiot boy.
- -99% Overheal
- Mini-crit when it would normally be critical hit
- Increased damage taken from any bleeding weapons & Sun of a Stick

scout has no problem against pyros tho

Recently I gave Scout Cosmetic the Mantreads treatment so how about a market garden to go with?

Level 27 Mall ninja blade

+ Deals crits while the wielder is Double Jumping.
+ Crits whenever it would normally mini-crit.
- 55% Slower firing speed.
- 25% Explosive damage vulnerability on wearer.
- This weapon is Honorbound and once drawn will be holstered for -50 HP unless it kills.

Should be mechanically the same for the Half-Zatoichi.

Pros:
-Gain 75% health back on kill (Overheal allowed)
-One hit kill on other Scouts who have this weapon deployed
-Weapon has extended reach

Cons:
-Honorbound take 30 damage when switching weapons without getting a kill.
-Weapon deploys 50% slower
Pros:
30% more damage
Has a longer range but slower holster and pullout
Gain a damage res on kill
Cons:
10% slower fire rate
35% less health from healing sources
