I've played this map twice so far, so it may seem early to judge (and I'm doing this off of my memory) but I've enjoyed it both times. My favorite part is definitely the final point with the rising platform. Even though you'd think there would be a free win for Blu because of that platform, so far offense has been able to claim victory each time I played. The map is beautiful and very large, but it has a part for each and every class to shine on offense and defense. I feel like a really good Sniper might be able to abuse the large open sightlines, but there aren't any tight choke points that force you to only take one path like Dustbowl, and there are also many opportunities for Spies to sneak up past the Sniper. Explosive classes will also do well here. Weapons like the Loose Cannon and The Direct Hit are very good on the last point. Overall, I love the map, and I hope Valve adds it to the game.
A few points to add, even though the Map is very large, so far every time I've played this map, my computer has had no problems with slowdown or frame rate drops. The map seems to be well optimized for something so big. I also don't remember myself getting lost, but whenever I see noobs play my favorite Map Steel, I always see them going the wrong way, so I wouldn't be surprised if that happens here from time to time, but the objectives and navigation aren't as complicated as they are in Steel, since this is a Payload Map.
