Good concept...but
this is a great concept, love the creativity however I feel that taunts require checking a few boxes to work.

stand alone taunts: I feel the taunts need to be able to be used by themselves just as well as in a group, the taunts seem like they solely depend on being used as a group which is cool but the incentive to ever use the taunt if you do not have 8 other friends ready to stand and use it is just not going to be that high. the pyro and Scout are big examples of this.

animation: I understand animation is hard, I've attempted many times and it takes hours to make anything good. but my honest opinion is a lot of these animations need work so they don't stick out in the game. scout, for example, his shoulders are just moving around all over the place, there's no feeling of weight and his hands don't seem like they are hitting the bucket in sync with the sound. it's really hard to be a master of animation but if you want something in a popular video game that you want people to like, it's gotta be good.

functional: I don't know anything about implementing taunts, but it doesn't seem like this taunt loops, I'm assuming that to get it to work, you will need 9 players all with the taunt to use it simultaneously for a short taunt. which while being cool is very difficult to pull off well. if the taunt did loop this would be slightly easier but if you missed it you would have to wait for the taunt to re-loop to try again. if players could join in straight into the song it would be really janky and you would end up with a bunch of people standing half hazard around one person with some instruments louder than others.

fits the character: medic with a big ass drum is not in character, I've seen the other threads I know you have seen this before but come on, if you think of the medic and you think of an instrument or listen to any of his leitmotifs you know his instrument is a violin or at least some kind of string instrument.

this is just my main issue with the taunt, it's great but I don't want it to be in the game in its current state, this is definitely a good rough concept for the taunt but I don't believe it at a finished state yet.

Yes, some classes are way too quiet. For example, Engineer. Engie is the main bassline but still I cannot hear him at all.

i like the taunt as it is there are problems but it in a good state

Yeah, animation is definitely a weak point here. Interesting idea, not very well executed but can be fixed (Scout's taps on the drums are not in rhythm with the animation (at the end of the taunt), Spy is not insynch either, Demo doesn't even hold the pipe in his mouth and the pipe itself makes a weird movement at the end of the taunt, the bucket of chicken bounces weirdly on Scout's butt etc, little details). And I think the main melody could be looped, that'd be extra neat.
As a stand-alone taunt, Pyro and Medic should have a more interesting instrument. I think Medic with a violin would make sense since he even imitates one when using the bonesaw M2.

when i first found this taunt i thought it was unfinished, but apparently it's not
