The pyros animation could be the tiniest bit more subtle but otherwise i think it's perfect.. doing some more research on the way valve animated their characters might help guide whatever you change or add
the choices for some of the instruments tied to some mercs were questionable but i think its a cool idea.
the animation feels a little out of character for someone like heavy i feel like in terms of body language he doesn't express much whereas scout is definitely in the right direction to express himself loudly or soldier with his stiff posture. You could make demo-man stumble a little more so we know he's drunk haha or spy more composed (He's a Gentlemann after all) or medic less wide with his steps maybe following a similar look to soldier or engineers animation
one more thing i saw pyro clapping at the end of their animation, would it be possible to add a clapping sound for that maybe an excited giggle at the end too?
and some other sounds at the end of the taunt like a cheer from all of them I think that would help add some life to the taunt... just some suggestions It's your work and i have no experience in your field but these are things that might help and could be some nice additions. Great work overall! heres to the improvements you're making with the spy and scout, and keep up the great work!
