  • The divided kingdom of Burgundy among the four sons of Gundioc. Clovis' future second wife, Clotilda, would be hanging around in some court in Burgundy.
  • Kingdom of the Gepids
  • Governorships of Eastern Rome.
  • Event that fires after a while giving Rome the option to rename to the Byzantine Empire for both players and AI
  • Vassal characters. As of right now there are no vassals so most rulers are 200+ holdings out of their limit of 3-4.
  • Larger minor tribes to make the rest of Europe feel more fleshed out (ie larger realms)

I fully understand that adding vassals is a massive undertaking and would/will take ages to complete

Looking at the new screenshots, it seems the ERE is already called Byzantium in the start date. I think it would be more immersive to have that change in a later event as I've already brought up.

Visigothic Aquitaine along with the Burgundian realms would really help flesh out the area of modern France.
