my npc voice chat talking but its like cuttping or like muted and btw when i shoot him the npc voice chat will talk but it ruined it

i was gonna place like combine soldier and then i shoot him and then the npc talk but its wrong my npc starts to cut the voices and then muted and i was wondeling if anyone gonna help me with this
