it wont start and sometimes i get spawned into a door

This is a nav mesh issue where the flow is broken when starting a game. un-sub then re-sub to the item and varify your cache are the only thing i can offer atm.

Can't wait for more heists like this! Really cool, I have the same no zombie spawn problem, but it doesnt really matter. I'm just happy I can mess around on this map.

bots don't move on the map and the zombies dont show up on start

THe secret vent is too small to enter and Some of the doors do not shut but the bathroom one does.
