Permission?
Your design makes use of the Virtus.Pro logo which as a company have no doubt copyrighted this. You should probably look at A) informing them and B) getting the relevant parties (the copyright holder) permission and C) crediting them for their contribution to it. The fact you have either neglected to mention that you have permission or that you haven't got permission is rather irritating.

That being said it's a nice looking design, I would just suggest you do the above if you want this to be put in-game, otherwise just as Valve did with the Howl it will be removed, only this time before it's put in-game.

So just out of pure curiousity, what permission have you got to use their material?

Don't worry Mr. SelfAppointedCopyrightPolice I'm sure he meant no harm and will take the necessary precautions not to get divine retribution from Gaben

Actually even UPLOADING a skin with copyrighted material to the workshop AT ALL is against the rules of the workshop and the creator has "understood" that he is not allowed to, yet still has, uploaded this without permission. A ban from the workshop would be a very light punishment, but it is the necessary thing to do considering he broke one of the rules of the workshop/law and has accepted that if he would do he will be punished.

So yeah this dude might get a ban.

I was in no way attempting to be the 'copyright police' or detract from his contribution to the workshop I was merely offering some friendly advice.
I'm sure Auzzii meant no harm uploading the M4A4 Howl, but in doing so, fraudulently claimed somebody else's work as his own and took money for said work. Even though the money gained was in an avenue that would otherwise never have been explored and exploited by the original artist (and therefore the artist lost nothing). It in no way justifies it nor does it make it right.

My thoughts precisely.

I suppose at least it's a company that has the resources to deal with the issue not an independent artist on Deviant trying to make their way.
