when i shoot combine in the head, nothing happens

Make sure you are using default combine npcs, npcs from Nemez Combine Soldiers Remaster do not work

don't use the nemez replacer, this mod already replaces them

I think it only works for explosions, stuff like grenades, rpg, etc.
