NEW:
  • Recruit Crew Members feature has been re-designed and balanced so it can still function as a feature to recruit other mod/vanilla characters.
  • Huge economy change to survivors. Every survivor has been evaluated and gone through individually to estimate best price tags. 4 Tiers of Survivors, brackets of Settlers (Free), Contractors (Cost), Criminals (Cost) and Droids/Robots (Cost). The communication relay now has more options to pick through the dialogues and view profiles before paying for 1-2-3 year contracts, or buying the survivor out right with a full upfront payment. Each character has been assigned a price tag evaluating the traits, equipment and skills.
  • Settlers can still be picked at start of new game, but other survivors cannot and must be obtained through the Communication Relay system. This will balance the flood of OP characters and make you take into consideration the upkeep costs of running a colony aswell as reward you for buying the high end characters and feeling a sense of accomplishment in obtaining them.
  • You can still add random survivors from other mods with the Comm Relay, but they will cost randomly depending on the characters values set in mod editor.
  • All characters have received a new small UI portrait that now displays a happiness bar behind them.
  • Option added in settings under 'Project-X' to increase character start limit, you can start with +0 to +30 additional survivors.
  • Money added to debris and can be scavenged.
  • Character Info pages complete and found on discord and steam.
  • Back Options added to the Communication Relay Dialogue.
  • Meltdown 'Stealing' now active in Scenario Project-X.
  • New Notification that alerts you when your playing the wrong scenario with the mod activated.
  • Changed color of electric wiring from that horrid brown to black so its not as visible. Placement color now purple to clearly see connection before placing.
  • Power Poles now connect to eachother up to a distance of 40 meters max, increased from 15 meters.
  • Devices now connect to power poles to a distance of 20 meters max, increased from 2 meters.
  • Research Benches can now queue up to 15 research techs!
  • Increased music play time so now the entire Project-X radio will play through, where as before it stopped at about 4-5th songs and just repeated which was a nuisance. Now you'll hear them all!
  • Survivor search radius increased from 20 meters to 60 meters when attempting to find and calm down another survivor.
  • Supply Drop Request landing pad distance increased from 30 meters to 120 meters from the communication relay.
  • Max Shrieker nest size raised from 10 to 20.
  • New Relaxation 'Scouting'.
  • New Relaxation 'Smoking Joint'.
  • New Relaxation 'Daydreaming'.
  • New Relaxation 'Suspicious Activity'.


    Fixes:
  • Code-X Trait Fix.
  • Galactic Refinery Grain to Fuel bug fixed.
  • Cyber, Alien and Toxic sniper rifles buffed to do lethal damage and additional health conditions, but increased cooldown.
  • Recipes Ore, Bricks, Cement added to the Galactic Furnice.
  • Removed unfinished items from hacking terminal due to a bug.
  • Mech Core in Galactic Printer is now fixed.
  • Game Start Notification 'Ship Damaged' and Recruit Crew Expedition removed as Comm Relay replaces them.
  • Tweaked Power Cell recipes.
  • Gale has the chipped implant fixed.
  • Alien and Cyber Plasma Weapons buffed with additional health condition effects.
  • Added stun chances to melee weapons descriptions.
  • Added Prerequisites for all the galactic tech.
  • Removed Combat music, added the songs to main radio to make it optional for content creators.
  • Venemous Raptor's now produce 35 meat per 24 hours instead of Manure.
  • Shrieker Mother and Juno Brute now produce crystals at a 6 day frequency rather than 3 days.
  • Wave wait timer brought down to 12 hours instead of 24 hours.
  • Waves aggro for 36 hours to give 12 hours for travel distance.
  • Waves activated again on Military Outpost.
  • Fixed spawn bug with tamed animals sometimes failing to spawn.
  • Removed Antenna requirement for landing pad.
  • Changed Landing Pad description.
  • Fixed Load Pod Command.
  • Deactivated friendly fire on Glutches.

    Character Development (ForgeTec & LenaLoveless):
  • Dr Swain biography finished.
  • 4 x G7 Droid Line
  • New Traits
  • New Character 'David Kincaid'
  • 2 x Combat Droids G8 line added.
  • New Portraits for said characters.

    - I'm aware that Droids will still get health conditions, its a work in progress but they'll get there. Enjoy!

Version 1.5.8 - Fix & Repairs

Change Log:
  • Fixed Fridge, Manure and Freezer display issues. Removed display to prevent overload of resources and allow more resources to be stored without visual glitches.
  • Lab Fridge changed to a smaller storage entity.
  • Removed Hacking, Trade and Biology activity groups due to errors. Use ProjectX Work for all work related tasks including new skills.
  • Fixed activity bug where survivors would not perform certain activities and would idle.
  • Fixed device range on power poles so its not infinite.

  • Every profile of character has been updated in the dialogue of Comm Relay to now display information that can be visibly seen.
  • All Supply Drops have a unique image in the dialogue showing contents before confirming orders.
