Is the E.O.D Bombsuit not functioning properly and / or Overpowered?
Hello.

First of all Id like to say I love this submod, its made me and my friends campaign very funny to say the least. However we've noticed that the Bombsuit is unusually effective at protecting against powerful firearms while being much cheaper than other enhanced armaments armour vests and providing additional protection against chemicals, fire and explosives (which more expensive armour of similar stats dont). I was wondering if this was intended ( and if so I believe it too be overpowered ), or if perhaps the armour wasn't functioning as intended. I decided to do some home made tests to try get my prove my point.

Before you read this, I checked if my mods were in the correct load order and if they had been updated, which they all had.

Test was me firing at a stationary AI wearing the labelled armour vests and clothes. Test was done around 6ish metres away from target. Firing was done continuously with no gaps, and I immediately clicked reload to minimise any inaccuracies with reload times. Additionally I labelled the Gunshot and Bleeding reduction stats (but not every stat of the armour. Im not sure if they're relevant to protecting from gunfire. But rest assured every stat between these 2 armour vests are very similar)

Test Four : 1.25 Magazines to Kill (125%)

Test One : 2.9 Magazines (290%)
Test Two : 3 Magazines (300%)

Against Coalition Battle Rifle with regular ammunition

Test Three : 4 Magazines (400%)
Test Four : 3.7 Magazines (370%)

Conclusion : Despite the bombsuit and marauder vest having similar stats, the bombsuit appears way more effective against protecting against powerful firearms. Combined with the bombsuit's additional benefits of flame, chemical and explosive resistance and its relative cheapness compared to other armour vests in Enhanced Armaments ( often extremely expensive items to produce ), this armour appears to render ever other armour type obsolete due to its extreme effectiveness and cost effectiveness.

If this wasn't intended then I just wanted to flag it up as it makes some extremely OP meta strats that if used correctly make you almost un-killable, like bombsuit and flamer combos. If this was intended then I believe perhaps its a little too overpowered. While you can still find effective ways to kill a player in a bombsuit, im not sure if the AI will ever use these methods (like using explosives ironically, or incendinary 8 gauge which seems to kill in just a few rounds)

Thank you for reading my short autistic analysis of this lol. Is it just me or does anybody else use the bombsuit and think its a bit OP?
