In this guide I will share with you a very quick and easy method that can definitively improve your FPS in game and solve some of the stuttering and freezes happening especially during large battles.

First of all, you have to enable hidden folder in your PC and once done so you have to go into your main drive following a similar path: .

You can also simply write in the explorer search bar: . This will show you the folder, then you can get to the scripts one following the path above.

There, you will find a single .txt file called preferences.script. Open it with a notepad and scroll down. You will find a line called .
This number is set by default to 0, which means that the game automatically assign threads to tasks, but this seems to be very badly optimized, especially now that we usually have better CPUs.

I highly suggest you to change this number to the maximum amount of Logical processors your CPU can support.

If you don't know how to find this information, please have a look at the screenshot. You can easily find this number by opening Task Manager, going into Performance and selecting CPU. On the bottom right you'll find which is the value you have to insert in the files.
