if you go to the no 06 archive room and go to the very back of it and go to the left room where there's a bunch of boxes and storage shelves, enter the small office room and try to exit the storage room it self. it will trigger the map to go dark and the so called special red light in the hall will light up. possibly causing a generator black out since you can just turn the generator back on. Haven't seen anything weird in the archive room so far tho...

wait i've found a vent in no 06 archive room's left side that leads to a small room with some notes and a confidetial document about a protocol

aha found another secret room on the right side of no 06 archive room with a writting "You have fount the secret". also has a bunch of mannequiens and a doll with a camera and a couple of memes

Yes, i used quote from comment, but thats only a hint for url in the descryption. This quote "used" in Half-Life 2 mp3 file called "radio1.mp3", "radio" is a keyword for incrypted URL with Vigenère cipher. Try online decoder with key "radio" for decode url by yourself.
But decoded website has inaccessible video, so i guess that it. I dont know how to unlock it.

Im not sure if this is purely a coincidence or intended, but I am going to roll the dice on the latter, since this is specifically a LIMINAL map.
