Claimed Vehicle that able to be salvage and been tow away?

was wondering if this is normal on this modification, somehow, somewhat this is actually happening, vehicle claimed yet can be salvage , trailer can be detach by players ,

Load order is important, please make sure that there are no other mods overriding vanilla functions bluntly without any care to compatibility.
