You are right, I think. The Khajiit follower I used during testing did have the muffle and sneak boosts, but he did not jump when I jumped.
If I make a few changes, Argonian followers should swim faster, but I think this would only be an advantage if you were playing an Argonian and could swim faster, too.
But my plan is to make each mod give the same abilities and powers to both NPCs and the player character. With some races (like the Khajiit) they will not use some of them. I plan on increasing the carry weight for both Nords and Orcs when I make mods for them, so they will make good followers, I think.
Yes, I agree. Carry weight would only be one perk. As for Khajiit, I was toying with the idea of giving them water walking, as a joke! It's a magic spell in the Creation Kit that is not currently used in the game.
I'm looking into doing that. Don't mind lowering the height as long as the Khajiit can still make it onto rooftops.
