Generator dont go in to a car seat, or in to a trunk

Hi, can anyone help me ? I have issue with generators. I cant put generator into a car storage, is it in my config settings or is it a bug ?

right click the Item(Generator/corpse etc) in your hand, it should show a "move into container" option.
