Performance Loss Issue

With this mod if i open my inventory i go from a normal fps of 165 down to 70 just wondering if its normal i have full screen enabled ui offscreen rendering off and i tried it with v sync on and off and there was no difference. Anyone know any way to make it not tank so much fps?
