Lottery system ee found
If you go to the center of the map, there is an area where it looks like a statue was surrounded by water is. Throw a grenade into the pond area, and you have a chance of getting or losing points. So far I only lost 150 points, and gained 200 points 3 times

Update: I threw a fifth grenade, and lost 2k points. However, all the water in the pond drained revealing a skeleton and a 115 rock

Update update: It looks like anytime you gain points from the pond, the water rises. When you lose points, the water falls. Don't know what signifigance this ee has. Also, its not just grenades that do it. The war machine worked as well
