I came across knocks on the wall near the window on the right side of the punch pack but I didn't quite understand, going inside the wall with noclip I saw that there was a kind of place that clearly is supposed to be accessible but it isn't, inside there was something similar with the gorodi krovi valves, no i didn't check if it was interactable, but something is.
